CHCaDoc.com, hereafter referred to as the “Website” is owned by Magic Circle LLC, a sole member limited liability company hereafter referred to as the “Developer.” The Website is a map-based directory comprised of links aggregated from public sources for locations of Community Health Centers (“CHCs”). These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as a recommendation or endorsement of any listed CHC and the content on any linked site. The Developer is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites.

The Website is not a booking service or a rating and comparison platform. CHCs pay no fee to appear in map listings. The Developer receives no direct compensation from any CHC but may offer sponsorship opportunities to for-profit vendors that market services and/or products to CHCs.

The Website is not a source of medical advice. The Website and its elements including text, graphics, images, information aggregated from CHC websites, and other material contained on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not render medical advice or professional services.

The Developer has made a good faith effort to aggregate, review, and summarize CHC information as presented on a CHC’s website and cannot be held responsible for CHC website content that is out-of-date, inaccurate, or generalized. Reasonable efforts will be made to update, correct, or modify CHC map listings when new information is provided to the Developer by parties authorized to do so.

Practice area listings are generalized and may not specifically describe the services offered by a CHC. Site Users are responsible for contacting CHCs to confirm services, service availability, location, hours, fees, qualifications for discounted sliding scale fees, providers, facilities, and any other information that may be relevant to the Site User’s needs.

The Sliding Scale Fee Estimator as it appears on the Website is presented to provide a generalized range of fees for basic services offered at CHCs and does not represent the specific fees offered by any particular CHC. Base fees, sliding scale fees, service-specific fees, and fee scales will vary for each CHC operator by location, service, provider, facilities, and other factors. Site Users are responsible for contacting CHCs to confirm any and all fees that may be charged for medical services, procedures, providers, and facilities.

The Developer does not offer any warranty or guarantee related to the Website and specifically disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied. The Developer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Website or the information, services, or related content contained on the website for any purpose. Site Users are responsible for evaluating information appearing on the Website to determine its relevance and usefulness to them.

The Website uses original and licensed graphics. Logos and branding of listed CHCs are the property of the respective owners and appear solely to assist Site Users in identifying specific providers. Any content, logo, or branding associated with a listed CHC will be immediately removed from the Website by request to the Developer. CHC personnel making a takedown request will be required to prove their authority to make such a request.

The Developer manages the Website from offices in Volusia county, Florida, United States. By accessing the Website, regardless of where you are located, you agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Florida will apply to all matters regarding the use of the Website.

By accessing the Website, you agree with these terms and conditions. The Developer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions when necessary, and your continuing use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to any changes.

Content specific to CHC operators and locations remains the property of their respective owners. Original content and design of the Website are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. Site Users may look at the Website online, download, or print information for personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions of Use

1. No data scraping or bulk downloading:

1. Automated tools: The use of bots, crawlers, spiders, or any automated tools to extract data from the Website are prohibited.
2. Caching: Creating local or online caches of significant portions of the Website’s data is prohibited.
3. Purpose limitation: Data retrieved from the Website must not be used to create competing services or databases.

9. Monitoring and penalties: Site Users are advised the Developer has implemented systems to detect patterns of abuse and impose penalties such as IP blocking or legal action for violations.
10. Reporting mechanism: CHC operators and locations may report unsolicited contact or spam resulting from Website listings to the Developer:

3. Website content may not be republished or sold:

1. Limited personal use: Site Users may access and use the information for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
